Guarantee:

My goal is to create beautiful artwork for your home that you will love for years to come. If you are not 100% satisfied either with your experience during a session or the resulting images, I will work with you to get what you want by re-editing images, scheduling a new session or fully refunding your investment should attempts to address your issues remain unresolved.

All my prints and products are also guaranteed. I only use the top industry suppliers who use professional paper to ensure higher quality and fade resistance for prints and who use the best album printing and binding techniques available. Should you have any problems with a print, frame, album or any other product I offer, through no fault of your own, please contact me to see about reprinting, repairing or replacing it. Should damage to the artwork be caused by an event such as a flood or fire in your home, please contact your insurance provider. Through them, items may be replaceable should your session still be archived. See below for my archiving policy.

Print and Product Care:

Regardless of the quality of products used, certain elements will damage artwork. Do no hang anything in where it will be exposed to direct sun. Humidity in a bathroom or areas where changes in temperature can be extreme, may also cause damage.

Archiving:

Only purchased images from sessions and final edits for weddings, as well as any album or storyboard layout will be archived 6 months after the date of the session or event. Any purchase of a product made after this date will incur a retrieval fee.

Due to the nature of storage devices and the possibility of corrupted drives or defective discs, I can only guarantee retrieval of archived files for 2 years. However, as media storage gets increasingly more efficient and affordable, chances are very good I will still have your session files beyond my 2 year guarantee and I will happily retrieve any files still archived, no matter how many years after the event.
